What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
• Guide teams in writing, splitting, mapping, estimating, and planning user stories.
• Coach teams and organizations toward higher scrum maturity while fostering trust, accountability, and self-organization.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers and Product Owners to align priorities and cross-team delivery.
• Identify and remove internal and external impediments by connecting teams with appropriate resources.
• Manage and communicate team metrics, information radiators, project tracking systems, and progress reports.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is required.
• 5–7 years of overall IT or software experience, including at least 2 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Understanding of software development processes, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Experience with agile scaling and complex project work plans.
