Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States
Salary: $50–$60 per hour

What you will do
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team in applying Scrum principles and Agile practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on product backlog management and prioritization.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress.
- Promote continuous improvement and servant leadership within the team.
- Track team performance metrics and report on project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
