Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter (Robotics)

Salary: $110,000–$186,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality hires across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical engineering roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders and provide data-driven hiring guidance.
• Improve sourcing, interview calibration, recruiting processes, and talent market insights.
• Align hiring decisions with technical standards, organizational needs, and long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, hardware, systems, or related engineering talent.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and supporting technical interview processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or other hardware-focused industries.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary engineering organizations and systems-level product development.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Advanced sourcing, talent market mapping, recruiting process, interview framework, or talent program experience.
