Director of Treasury (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California or New York, New York, United States

Salary: $227,000–$287,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global builds and operates large-scale compute infrastructure for frontier AI, including power acquisition, data center development, and hardware and software operations.

What you will do

• Own the global treasury strategy, including cash management, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and multi-currency operations.
• Lead relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating credit facilities, treasury services, and financial products.
• Develop FX risk management and hedging programs.
• Manage debt facilities, covenant compliance, and evaluations of term loans, revolvers, and structured finance.
• Build treasury infrastructure through Treasury Management System and ERP integrations, while overseeing intercompany funding and cross-border cash management.
• Lead and grow the treasury team and support capital allocation, IPO readiness, investor relations, SOX controls, and internal audit requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related function, including senior or leadership experience.
• Expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and global bank relationship management.
• Deep understanding of FX risk management and multi-currency treasury operations.
• Experience with capital markets transactions, debt facilities, or structured financing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Treasury Management Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CTP or CFA designation.
• Experience building or scaling treasury functions at high-growth technology, infrastructure, or pre-IPO companies.
• Familiarity with intercompany funding, transfer pricing, cross-border cash management, IPO readiness, or equity financing.
• Experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML.
