TL;DR

Lead Treasury Analyst (Capital Markets): Managing capital markets transactions and global treasury functions with an accent on funding, financial flexibility, and risk management. Focus on evaluating debt and equity offerings, optimizing capital structure, and executing FX and interest rate hedging strategies.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA (3 days in-office)

Salary: $149,500 – $219,500

What you will do

  • Evaluate and execute capital markets transactions, including public/private debt issuances, equity offerings, and revolving lines of credit.
  • Monitor and report on debt covenants, interest expenses, share repurchases, and dividend distributions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for investing excess cash according to company investment policy.
  • Perform analysis on corporate finance topics, including capital structure, cost of capital, and rating agency frameworks.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and financial materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Manage corporate insurance programs and execute FX and interest rate hedging transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of related treasury capital markets or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and GAAP.
  • Advanced technical skills in creating financial models, forecasts, and analyses.
  • Ability to draft and present high-level executive presentations.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model, spending 3 days per week in either the Mountain View or San Diego office.
