Senior Treasury Analyst (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Build liquidity forecasts by sourcing and analyzing complex data with internal stakeholders.
• Help develop banking and investment systems supporting multi-billion-dollar projects.
• Develop, maintain, and report on lender debt covenant compliance.
• Monitor internal controls and procedures that safeguard company assets.
• Conduct fund research and support investment strategy across duration, credit, liquidity, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Support cash management, high-value transactions, management reporting, and strategic financial analyses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional Excel financial modeling ability.
• Strong knowledge of financial theory, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, and company valuation.
• Experience in debt capital markets, strategic finance, investment management, interest-rate derivatives, and hedging; working knowledge of foreign exchange markets.
• Ability to drive complex workstreams, collaborate across functions, communicate clearly, and deliver accurate analysis under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• CFA charterholder or progress toward the CFA charter.
• MBA, Master of Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg modeling tools and API syntax.
