What you will do

• Oversee cash management, banking strategy, cash forecasting, short-term investments, accounts payable, expense policies, internal controls, and broader corporate finance activities.
• Manage bank and brokerage account strategy, account opening and administration, funding, liquidity, and short-term cash investments.
• Develop banking relationships, including banking strategy, pricing, account structures, and ongoing account management.
• Partner with Controllers, Systems, and technology teams to improve cash forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, and treasury management technologies.
• Develop treasury policies, procedures, controls, and documentation while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
• Support ad hoc corporate finance projects and monitor industry and market trends affecting treasury operations.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, cash management, corporate finance, or banking.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, systems, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of cash management principles, banking products, online banking tools, wires, ACH, and credit card processing.
• Experience with complex banking structures, banking systems, MS Excel, and treasury management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Master’s degree, MBA, CTP, or other relevant certification.
