CAM Documentation & Control Specialist I (Finance)

What you will do

• Receive, compile, and evaluate customer loss mitigation documentation for completeness.
• Apply investor waterfall requirements and verify required documents, including hardship letters, bank statements, pay stubs, alimony agreements, and benefit payment evidence.
• Identify proof of income in financial documents and request missing or additional information.
• Coordinate follow-up documentation requests with the Single Point of Contact.
• Maintain compliance, operational risk, internal control, and audit standards.

Requirements

• Two combined years of higher education and/or work experience.
• General personal computing skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to review financial documentation and identify proof of income.
• Ability to follow loss mitigation, compliance, and operational risk procedures.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree.
• Collections experience.
• Knowledge of M&T systems.
