Treasury Management Service Specialist II (Mortgage Solutions)

Location: Easton Ops Cols C Oh; office-based in the United States. Hours: 9 AM–6 PM Pacific Time.

Salary: $27.40–$54.33 USD per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, implementation, maintenance, activation, stabilization, and transition of treasury management products for mortgage servicers, originators, lenders, and related real estate organizations.
• Coordinate complex custodial, operating, escrow, control account, DACA, CMA, waterfall, and sub-accounting structures.
• Coordinate client testing and implementation for ACH files, automated and bulk wires, Check Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, SWIFT, and related banking services.
• Research and resolve complex onboarding and servicing issues while acting as a subject matter resource for Specialized Mortgage Solutions products.
• Partner with Relationship Management, Treasury Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to deliver coordinated solutions and resolve escalated issues.
• Identify process improvements, prepare onboarding and risk reports, and mentor less experienced specialists.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or related work supporting complex commercial, mortgage, or specialty banking clients.
• At least 3 years of experience with treasury management products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
• At least 3 years of analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with mortgage servicers or originators, custodial and escrow accounts, fiduciary or regulatory requirements, and related treasury platforms is preferred.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with DACA, CMA, payment waterfalls, account analysis, hybrid account structures, ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking portals.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
