Treasury Management Service Specialist II-2 (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Easton Ops Cols C, Columbus, Ohio; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Base compensation: USD 27.40–54.33 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, implementation, maintenance, testing, cutover, and stabilization for CRE and CIC clients.
• Coordinate complex account structures and treasury services, including ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, BAI reporting, and standing transfer orders.
• Validate entitlements, user roles, dual controls, payment limits, approval workflows, agreements, and onboarding documentation.
• Provide advanced product and service support, troubleshoot payment exceptions and file errors, and resolve escalated servicing issues.
• Partner with Relationship Management, Treasury Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Identify process improvements, support additional service sequencing, and mentor less experienced specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or related support for Commercial Banking, CRE, or CIC clients.
• 3+ years of experience with treasury products and services covering payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working with clients and senior internal partners.
• 3+ years of experience with project management, analytical and communication skills, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting commercial real estate owners, operators, developers, investors, or CIC-aligned clients.
• Knowledge of real estate operating account structures, cash flow management, NACHA rules, entitlement practices, and fraud-prevention frameworks.
• Experience with lockbox, integrated payables, account analysis, analyzed and hybrid account structures, and treasury banking platforms.
• Strong client service, presentation, organizational, change management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
