What you will do

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and validate information for promotions, transfers, position changes, and other employee transactions.
• Process and maintain employee data in Workday HCM and integrated HR systems.
• Run queries, audit records, troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Support ad hoc HR data requests, reports, and analyses.
• Assist with testing system updates, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Conduct weekly Workday training sessions and facilitate recurring HR Systems office hours for managers and users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR systems, data management, or a related analytical role.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM or other HR information systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
