What you will do

• Manage integration solutions for core HR and payroll platforms, including custom interfaces and pre-packaged connectors.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to define data requirements, error-handling, and service level agreements.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications, including data mapping and transformation rules.
• Own the data pipeline between HR systems, time-tracking applications, and external finance platforms.
• Lead unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing, including troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including integration specifications and flow diagrams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in HRIS, Payroll Systems, or financial integration roles.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll data models.
• Proven experience managing integration lifecycles in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced ability to perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between disparate systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware tools.
• Experience managing integrations with third-party time-tracking or benefits administration software.
