What you will do
- Manage integration solutions for core HR and payroll platforms, including custom interfaces and pre-packaged connectors.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to define data requirements, error-handling, and service level agreements.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications, including data mapping and transformation rules.
- Own the data pipeline between HR systems, time-tracking applications, and external finance platforms.
- Lead unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing, including troubleshooting and defect resolution.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including integration specifications and flow diagrams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in HRIS, Payroll Systems, or financial integration roles.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll data models.
- Proven experience managing integration lifecycles in complex enterprise environments.
- Advanced ability to perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between disparate systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware tools.
- Experience managing integrations with third-party time-tracking or benefits administration software.
