Team Lead, Fill (6:00am - 6:30pm)

Location: Round Lake, Illinois, United States; onsite clean room work required

Salary: $56,000–$77,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate, schedule, direct, and assign work to production team members under supervisor direction.
• Act as the main point of contact for equipment, process, and compliance troubleshooting.
• Review and generate process documentation and investigate process problems.
• Support process and equipment validation, quantitative process-performance analysis, and new process transfers.
• Represent the department in cross-functional and continuous improvement teams.
• Train and mentor team members and monitor training activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience; a bachelor's degree may reduce the experience requirement.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience with production equipment, enterprise software, mathematical analysis, and metric and U.S. measurement standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and ability to apply quantitative analysis to process performance.
• Must not be allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin drugs; must meet local physical requirements and 20/25 near-vision requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations.
