Assembly & Test Team Leader Edwards

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Control daily shop-floor production activities within an assigned component or product cell.
• Assemble and test modules, cables, and dry pumps according to the production plan.
• Perform quality checks and follow assembly and testing procedures to meet output standards.
• Set daily team targets, communicate customer requirements, and support delivery commitments.
• Train, motivate, and advise team members while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Manage team performance reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year degree in engineering technology or business is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant manufacturing experience with an appropriate manufacturing qualification, or at least four years of relevant operations experience with mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of 6S, material requirements planning applications, daily planning systems, supply chain, and logistics.
• Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated problem-solving experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship and takeover of existing employment visa sponsorship are not available.
