Production Team Lead (EMV)

Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States; onsite production-floor role

Salary: $24.76–$28.75 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead shift production activities and coordinate department operations for efficient output.
• Train and mentor department employees and agency staff on production processes and techniques.
• Manage production machines as the department subject matter expert.
• Monitor team performance and attendance and communicate operational issues to production management.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Maintain shop-floor organization and cleanliness according to 6S principles and enforce company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, quality standards, and GMP.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite on hard floors, perform regular standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, and stooping, and lift 15 pounds regularly with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
