Focus on analyzing bottlenecks, balancing production lines, developing KPI dashboards, leading root-cause analysis, and sustaining continuous improvement across the value stream.

What you will do
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes, workflows, production data, bottlenecks, and waste to improve productivity, throughput, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, line balancing, capacity analysis, and labor utilization planning.
- Develop standardized work procedures, process documentation, KPI dashboards, and visual management tools.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, including corrective and preventive actions.
- Support production planning and new product introductions, evaluate capital investments through ROI analysis, and present performance reports and action plans to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- More than three years of supervisory experience or experience in operational excellence roles.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
- Knowledge of specifications, procedures, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GMP-QSR, OSHA, BHEST, specifications, SOPs, and HR policies.
- Ability to analyze technical and regulatory materials, prepare reports and procedures, and present information to managers, employees, clients, customers, and auditors.

- Previous experience in a regulated FDA manufacturing environment.
