Quality Supervisor II (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Brooklyn Park, MN, Monday-Friday; typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with 1-2 days flexed as needed to support off-shift coverage in a 24/7 operation.

What you will do

• Oversee daily Quality Control operations, inspection processes, quality standards, and site procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop Quality Supervisors, On-the-Job Trainers, Quality Inspector Leads, and Quality Inspectors.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence across all four shifts and support off-shift quality, staffing, and operational needs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Operations, and other departments to resolve quality concerns and improve performance.
• Support escalation management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality documentation, and Daily MRB activities.
• Track department performance, communicate trends and improvement opportunities, and promote accountability, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; a Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
• Experience with quality systems, inspection processes, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead daily operations, coach employees, and build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100D, and/or ISO 13485.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or foreign national with refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
