What you will do

• Lead and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Drive the execution and sustainability of company principles across the entire value stream.
• Manage operational performance using key metrics, resource planning, and production execution.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Partner with EH&S, Quality, and Human Resources teams to achieve strategic operational objectives.
• Utilize AI technologies and digital tools to support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, or Business Management.
• Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technology to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sulligent, AL.
