Lead Data Architect - Corporate

Location: Must be located within 50 miles of a hirify.global hub site for occasional office meetings in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Louisville, Nashville, New York, or Tampa.

Salary: $129,300–$177,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop blueprints for data repositories and evaluate hardware and software platforms.
• Design database architectures, dimensional schemas, object models, and data models.
• Translate business needs from Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Compliance, and Legal into long-term data architecture solutions.
• Integrate operational and big data systems to support analytics.
• Improve data reuse, metadata management, accessibility, and repository performance.
• Advise executives on significant, segment-specific data architecture strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 or more years of experience in data architecture or data engineering.
• Proficiency in data modeling, database systems, and data integration.
• Experience with operational data integration.
• Experience contributing to data governance standards.
• Experience with big data integration and analytics.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 7 or more years of data architecture experience.
• Experience designing data pipelines and working with cloud platforms.
• SaaS data architecture experience.
• Experience with AI frameworks, modern data integration methodologies, or corporate services departments.
