Solution Architect - Patient Data Exp

Salary: $93,000–$224,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Lead solution design and architecture for patient data and commercial analytics engagements.
• Advise pharmaceutical manufacturers and patient services organizations on data-driven solutions.
• Design scalable solutions across master data management, enterprise data warehousing, governance, integration, data quality, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and business intelligence.
• Lead client workshops, executive presentations, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and pre-sales pursuits.
• Develop enterprise data and analytics roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Improve patient journey visibility, patient insights, commercial reporting, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical data management, commercial analytics, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in patient services data, specialty pharmacy data, prescription data ecosystems, market access data, commercial pharmaceutical operations, and patient support programs.
• Experience integrating and analyzing patient-level healthcare data for commercial insights and reporting.
• Proven success leading large-scale solution architecture and pre-sales engagements, including executive stakeholder management and proposal development.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams and translating technical solutions into business value.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, MBA, or MS.
• Cloud and data certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, SnowPro, or Databricks Data Engineer.
• Informatica MDM, CDMP, Tableau, Power BI, life sciences, PMP, Agile, or TOGAF certification.
• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo Health, Datavant, HealthVerity, or MSA data.
