Senior Manager, FP&A (Network Expansion)

What you will do

• Lead a team developing and analyzing financial plans and reports.
• Drive strategic financial projects and provide insights for long-term planning and immediate business decisions.
• Support network expansion initiatives, including construction of incremental homes and businesses and subsidized broadband projects for unserved and underserved locations.
• Conduct economic evaluations and develop financial models for strategic growth and investment decisions.
• Identify financial trends and incorporate them into planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with finance teams and business leaders, communicate complex financial data to senior leadership, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with budgeting, business operations, process improvements, and strategic objectives.
• Independent judgment and discretion in significant financial matters.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the Philadelphia location; ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
