Business System Analyst 1

What you will do

• Analyze system enhancements, maintenance needs, and studies for new information systems.
• Create detailed project plans, tracking documents, user-needs descriptions, and system-change documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business units and programming or technical staff.
• Support application conversions and operational readiness during mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist programmers with flow charts, project specifications, and work problems.
• Communicate project issues and system changes to business units, field teams, and Help Services.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of records management software, imaging systems, and automated databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication, analytical, customer service, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels, work under stress, meet deadlines, and travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting, contact management, database, development, human resources, internet, payroll, project management, and spreadsheet software.
