Strategy Analyst (C2)

What you will do

• Develop operational mission and command-and-control visions for AMC/MAF operations.
• Support synchronization, integration, functional-area management, and interoperability of MAF-centric and AMC C2 systems.
• Develop and evaluate AMC program plans, goals, objectives, and requirements.
• Analyze proposed modifications to systems and programs, including doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations.
• Support requirements documentation, including AF Form 1067s, ICDs, CDDs, and IS ICDs.
• Provide technical expertise, recommendations, staffing inputs, and compliance support for C2 operations policies and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of C2 experience, including leadership in systems analysis and design, implementation support, project management, data or records management, resource management, or database planning and design.
• Experience with military planning components such as JOPES, DCAPES, and UTCs.
• Knowledge of C2 and knowledge-management systems such as GDSS, ACFP, and GATES.
• Familiarity with AMC and joint doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations, plus budget administration and periodic reporting.
• Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret SCI security clearance. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
