What you will do

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and document complex business processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate feedback.
• Perform gap analysis to ensure the MAX solution meets business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in enterprise application implementation.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.
