Business Analyst IT Supply Chain

What you will do

• Support solution delivery, application enhancements, schedules, scope management, and project governance.
• Lead discussions to document current and future process flows, use cases, mockups, and business requirements.
• Create and obtain approval for business requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping documents.
• Assess cross-functional impacts across applications and integrations and recommend process improvements.
• Guide design, development, and testing teams on functional changes, use cases, test scenarios, and traceability.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert across enterprise projects, enhancements, business continuity work, and level 4 support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain, or a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience, including system design, solution analysis, and system analysis.
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, requirements management, and system analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large or enterprise-sized projects simultaneously and work onsite regularly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manhattan WM, OTM TMS, or PINC YMS supply chain systems.
• Experience with interface mapping, JSON, APIs, and EDI.
