What you will do

• Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business processes and systems.
• Research complex problems independently and implement technical or procedural improvements.
• Develop operational procedures, user documentation, and training materials.
• Design processes that meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop specialized and ad hoc reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support and coordinate between business users, corporate areas, and software vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years of related education or experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
