What you will do

• Own cost-improvement performance tracking and partner with Semiconductor Operations executives on financial and operational decisions.
• Perform cost and gross-margin analysis across revenue, cost elements, groups, and products.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting gross-margin reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including actuals-versus-plan variance commentary.
• Develop transparent cost-tracking frameworks, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.
• Streamline management reporting and centralize financial information and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, and Cost Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau, Anaplan, SAP BPC, or similar financial reporting systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment and communicate insights to executives.
• Experience with large datasets and process automation tools is advantageous; familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics is also advantageous.
