Location: Hybrid position requiring candidates to be located near a hub in Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Phoenix, Arizona; or Bloomington, Illinois, with 50% of time in the office and 50% working from home. Travel may be required, including work outside the domicile location and irregular hours.
Salary: $137,000–$179,000 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 24% of base salary.

What you will do
- Lead complex, end-to-end process design initiatives across contact centers and departments within Claims operations.
- Direct process improvement work and provide expertise in benchmarking, business process analysis, change management, and measurement.
- Monitor operational results, analyze metrics, identify root causes, and develop action plans to address performance and workflow gaps.
- Define requirements and manage prioritization for technology that improves efficiency, insights, and controls.
- Develop process accountability frameworks, performance measures, and targets for business leaders.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Public Affairs, HR&D, and other departments to implement change and communicate progress.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in process or project management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong Claims and/or process improvement experience.
- Ability to use data for recommendations and present clearly in written and oral formats.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management certification.
