Operational Excellence & PMO Leader

Location: Onsite in Savannah, Georgia, United States

Salary: $107,500–$157,663 per year, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Deploy the site Lean Six Sigma roadmap using VSM, Kaizen, RCA, standard work, 5S, SMED, TPM, and visual management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, waste elimination, quality improvement, and cost savings.
• Coach Operations Managers and production teams in problem-solving and operational discipline.
• Provide PMO leadership for CAPEX and OPEX projects through charters, governance cadences, KPIs, and RACI structures.
• Manage cross-functional project portfolios with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
• Support Manufacturing 4.0 digital transformation and daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or Business.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt accepted with progress toward Black Belt.
• Experience leading Kaizens and structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience influencing teams without authority and leading shop-floor improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Danaher, ITW, Parker Hannifin, Honeywell, or other operational-excellence-driven organizations.
