Supply Chain Campaign Planner (Life Sciences): Coordinating material plans, inventory strategies, and campaign requirements for customer programs with an accent on supply chain planning, ERP data, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on identifying operational risks, designing mitigation plans, optimizing inventory and safety stock, and resolving complex material and scheduling challenges.
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States — on-site. Monday–Friday during normal business hours.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary supply chain representative for assigned customer programs and campaigns.
- Own supply chain plans and ensure material availability for customer and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate campaign priorities across customers, Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Manage ERP planning parameters, Bills of Materials, inventory data, and performance metrics.
- Lead inventory optimization, safety stock planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, scheduling, operations, or a related function.
- Customer-facing experience and the ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships.
- Experience coordinating multiple functions and leading projects or business-critical activities without direct authority.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, ERP systems, inventory management, risk mitigation, analysis, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Project or program management experience.
- Manufacturing, supply chain planning, or vendor management experience.
- APICS CPIM certification.
