TL;DR
Supply Chain Campaign Planner (Life Sciences): Coordinating material plans, inventory strategies, and campaign requirements for customer programs with an accent on supply chain planning, ERP data, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on identifying operational risks, designing mitigation plans, optimizing inventory and safety stock, and resolving complex material and scheduling challenges.

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States — on-site. Monday–Friday during normal business hours.

Global life-sciences manufacturer supporting the production of medicines and therapies across more than 30 sites worldwide.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary supply chain representative for assigned customer programs and campaigns.
  • Own supply chain plans and ensure material availability for customer and manufacturing requirements.
  • Coordinate campaign priorities across customers, Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Manage ERP planning parameters, Bills of Materials, inventory data, and performance metrics.
  • Lead inventory optimization, safety stock planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, scheduling, operations, or a related function.
  • Customer-facing experience and the ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Experience coordinating multiple functions and leading projects or business-critical activities without direct authority.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, ERP systems, inventory management, risk mitigation, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Project or program management experience.
  • Manufacturing, supply chain planning, or vendor management experience.
  • APICS CPIM certification.
