Demand Planner

What you will do

• Own demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods inventory management for S&OP objectives.
• Build and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand-supply plans.
• Monitor planned versus actual builds, inventory levels across multiple SKUs, and consumption rates.
• Partner with Manufacturing OPM and Global Supply Management to translate forecasts into executable build plans.
• Lead scenario planning, identify supply risks, and develop contingency plans for capacity or component constraints.
• Improve demand planning processes, tools, and models.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience in production or NPI environments.
• Experience developing demand-supply plans and managing finished goods inventory.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing and global supply management.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose.

Nice to have

• Experience with APS, MRP/ERP systems, or scenario planning tools.
• Background in hardware, semiconductors, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python.
