Senior Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design mobile-first experiences that simplify how Medicare Advantage shoppers navigate their options.
• Translate user insights, research, and analytics into intuitive and accessible designs.
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using component libraries, design systems, interaction patterns, and micro-interactions.
• Lead concepts, wireframes, and prototypes through development while balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, design researchers, content designers, and product partners in an agile environment.
• Contribute to scalable mobile-first components and evolve the design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product or UX design experience demonstrated through a strong mobile-first portfolio.
• Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Experience working in agile teams with developers, researchers, and content designers.
• Ability to use research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus around design decisions.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Experience with usability testing tools and analytics.
• Illustration experience for digital products.
• Experience with service blueprinting and journey maps.
• Contributions to design systems or pattern libraries.
