Sr. Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote — United States; must be based in the United States, and Hawaii is excluded.

Salary: $180K–$221K base total cash annually, plus equity; no bonus.

What you will do

• Design tools that help therapists deliver exceptional mental health care.
• Streamline administrative work through multi-step productivity workflows.
• Build intelligent, strategically AI-enabled experiences that support clinical decision-making.
• Take 0→1 products from concept through execution, delivery, and evolution.
• Identify product opportunities and shape the future of care delivery.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Research, Operations, and compliance or policy stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Demonstrated success designing and optimizing workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software.
• Experience reducing task friction and improving workflow efficiency.
• Mastery of Figma for product design, prototyping, and design systems thinking.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining tradeoffs and documenting workflow logic.
• Extensive ownership of product design from problem definition through feature delivery and evolution.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, enterprise systems, or other high-trust platform domains.
• Experience designing complex workflows for business or practice management teams.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into AI-enabled experiences.
• User research experience with business or practice owners.
• Experience building enterprise-grade design systems and familiarity with accessibility requirements for healthcare or finance.
