Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York City preferred; open to remote within the United States

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global builds AI-powered music experiences for artists and fans, combining advanced AI models with partnerships across the music industry.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of hirify.global’s mobile app, from high-level user flows to detailed micro-interactions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research to turn early-stage concepts into shipped features.
• Build and evolve the design system as the product scales.
• Collaborate with artists and musicians as creative partners throughout the design process.
• Refine motion, spacing, timing, and interaction details to improve the product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile-first consumer products.
• Ability to explore multiple directions, prototype to learn, and iterate quickly.
• Strong ownership and independence in identifying problems, developing solutions, and driving work forward.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and open-ended product questions.
• Fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems.
• Curiosity about how people discover and create music.

Nice to have

• Background in music, ahirify.global, or entertainment products.
• Experience designing for generative AI or emerging technologies.
