Location: United States - Remote
Salary: $115,000β$125,000 yearly, with potential performance incentives and program-specific awards.

What you will do
- Partner with Business Development, Capture, Proposal, Operations, Human Resources, and hiring leaders to develop staffing strategies for federal pursuits.
- Identify, recruit, qualify, and coordinate interviews with cleared professionals and Key Personnel candidates.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring proposal positions and strategic growth initiatives while maintaining confidential candidate commitments.
- Research incumbent workforces, labor markets, compensation competitiveness, workforce availability, and transition risks.
- Develop staffing risk assessments, workforce profiles, recruiting reports, and proposal-readiness metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline strength, and salary realism.
- Advise stakeholders on recruiting feasibility, market conditions, staffing timelines, and competitive proposal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus seven years of Talent Acquisition experience supporting federal government contracting in the defense industry.
- At least five years of experience supporting proposals; thirteen years of relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Experience supporting capture, proposal, or growth organizations and recruiting cleared professionals and Key Personnel.
- Knowledge of federal proposal staffing processes, defense recruiting, and preferably Health IT or public health contracting environments.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Lever, or Taleo, as well as labor market research, compensation analysis, and recruiting metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple proposal recruiting efforts and aggressive federal proposal deadlines, with strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for Navy contracts involving Norfolk, Virginia; San Diego, California; or Charleston, South Carolina.
- Experience supporting large federal contract vehicles, strategic capture efforts, or incumbent workforce transition planning.
- Experience administering Greenhouse Recruiting or a comparable ATS, including talent pools, pipeline management, and candidate relationship management.
- Knowledge of federal market intelligence resources and compensation benchmarking tools.
