Talent Acquisition Director

Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from New York, NY

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually plus a discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Advise senior executives and business leaders on talent strategies aligned with organizational growth and capability needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across supported business units.
• Own recruiting metrics and reporting, including pipeline health, search progress, diversity, and channel effectiveness.
• Design, scale, automate, and standardize recruiting processes covering sourcing, pipelining, employer branding, and onboarding.
• Lead interview process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition.
• Identify talent-market trends and develop innovative, scalable recruiting solutions.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders rather than working only in an execution-focused recruiting capacity.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments; agency, consulting, technology, or professional services experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale recruiting processes, systems, and strategies in a growing organization.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, analytical, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday and with measuring and reporting recruiting performance.
