Senior Talent Parter

Location: Remote — United States only

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and location, plus pre-IPO equity.

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from hiring kickoff through offer.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for competitive engineering and design roles.
• Lead candidate outreach, role pitches, interviews, and closing activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and exceptional talent profiles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and analyze week-over-week trends while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle design recruiting experience.
• Consistent experience attracting and closing engineering and design talent.
• Deep sourcing expertise, including advanced research and outreach techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Clear, persuasive communication and the ability to build stakeholder trust.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
