Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise employees performing assembly, inspection, testing, final testing, and related production operations.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational performance metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle-time performance.
• Resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Optimize production capacity and manufacturing processes using operational data and real-time status reporting.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective-action, training, and employee-development initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding of procedures and concepts within the relevant job family, with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Experience setting priorities, coaching employees, and meeting daily production deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
• Ability to manage performance, training, development, hiring, rewards, and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, business conduct, and quality standards.
• Travel of approximately 10% may be required.
