Business Analyst IV (Oracle)

What you will do

• Lead analysis activities for applications, including design, development, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and testing.
• Enhance customers’ analytic capabilities and improve how data is integrated, managed, and used through modern applications.
• Develop and orchestrate requirements for new features supporting emerging business and project needs.
• Analyze and improve organizational business processes, including benchmarking and cost-benefit analysis.
• Interface with executive stakeholders, customers, and program or project management on product feasibility and viability.
• Lead task prioritization, assignments, and work reviews for lower-level analysts when needed.

Requirements

• At least eight years of hands-on relevant experience.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Strong familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with application modernization projects.
• Experience with the US Air Force.
