Business Analyst (AI): Translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for software development initiatives across Latin America with an accent on Agile discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on creating prototypes and documentation, validating delivered solutions through UAT, and using AI-assisted tools for requirements drafting, analytics, and test-case generation.
Location: Fully remote, based in Latin America. Listed locations include Santiago, Chile; Uruguay; Argentina; Mexico; Brazil; and Peru.

What you will do
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, process mapping, and discovery sessions.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, data dictionaries, and gap analyses.
- Participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and manage the project backlog in JIRA and Notion with the Product Owner.
- Support solution validation and UAT by aligning delivered functionality with acceptance criteria and stakeholder needs.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices, process diagrams, user stories, and release notes.
- Use AI tools and AI-assisted analytics to draft requirements, summarize interviews, generate test cases, and identify patterns in business data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with JIRA and Notion for backlog and documentation management.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working across business, technical, and cross-functional teams.
- Professional English proficiency at C1/C2 level and residence in Latin America are required.

- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot, and effective prompt writing.
