TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (GovTech): Coordinating between business and technology teams to define system requirements for a DC area Government contract with an accent on agile scrum leadership, requirement traceability, and functional testing. Focus on creating mockups, managing user stories, and ensuring alignment between end-user needs and technical designs.
Location: Must be based in the Washington DC area (mostly remote with intermittent onsite trips).
Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 Annually

What you will do
- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new or modified information processing systems.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, while leading grooming sessions and mentoring team members.
- Interface between systems architects, programmers, and end-users to ensure IT designs meet organizational needs.
- Develop comprehensive system software documentation, including Requirements Documents, RTMs, and UAT scenarios.
- Perform functional and system testing to ensure developed user stories meet acceptance criteria and are ready for demo.
- Act as a lead on scrum boards and serve as backup scrum master as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain PBGC Public Trust clearance.
- Deep proficiency in Agile software development methodology, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in SDLC documentation and creating workflows in Visio or similar tools.
- Ability to write and run SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in performing functional and system testing.

- Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM products.
