What you will do
- Advise Kenya's leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and business-aligned people strategy.
- Own talent reviews, performance calibration, and succession planning for the Kenya client group.
- Design and implement people frameworks for a growing, complex organization.
- Lead employee relations resolution and serve as the escalation point for the market.
- Drive restructuring, transformation, and other cross-functional organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global People team across Africa and Europe.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR or People Partner experience.
- 3–6+ years advising director-level or above executives in fast-growth, matrixed organizations.
- Working knowledge of Kenyan labor law and the local regulatory environment.
- Direct experience handling employee relations escalations end to end.
- Experience designing and executing organizational design, workforce planning, or succession strategies.
- Evidence of building and implementing a people framework.
