Senior People Partner

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance required three days per week in Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA

Salary: $154K–$202.6K annually

What you will do

• Advise Engineering leadership on organizational, talent, and leadership decisions using clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies covering organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
• Lead organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, retention, and organizational health initiatives.
• Coach Engineering leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, team performance, engagement, and organizational health.
• Guide teams through growth and transformation while helping leaders navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum.
• Partner with People Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions and apply emerging AI capabilities to People practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including direct support for VP-level or more senior leaders.
• Strong experience supporting Engineering organizations and understanding technical talent, team structures, and operating models.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.
• Business and data acumen, including the ability to translate insights into recommendations and actions.
• Experience leading organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, independent judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
