Location: Remote, based in the United States or Canada; not eligible for hiring in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
Salary: $141,520β$176,900 annually for candidates hired in Colorado or Washington, D.C.; other location-based ranges are provided in the original posting. The role may also include equity and a corporate bonus plan.

What you will do
- Advise one SVP and four VP leaders on talent strategies supporting revenue enablement, partner ecosystems, strategic growth, and organizational performance.
- Lead workforce planning, skills-gap analysis, capability assessments, organizational design, succession planning, mobility, and retention strategies.
- Use HR analytics, predictive workforce modeling, AI-enabled tools, and automation to generate actionable workforce insights.
- Partner with People Data Solutions & AI to develop AI-powered assistants and data orchestration frameworks.
- Guide organizational transformations, AI adoption, change management, employee relations, and performance initiatives across distributed teams.
- Coach senior leaders and promote high-performing, agile, equitable, and inclusive workplace cultures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations.
- Strong experience designing and executing talent strategies, workforce plans, organizational structures, leadership development, and retention programs.
- Understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales dynamics, enablement frameworks, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience influencing senior executives and making data-driven recommendations in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong capabilities in data, analytics, AI, automation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada, excluding California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global teams of 200+ employees across NAMER, APJ, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Experience leading AI adoption, GTM restructures, or enablement digital transformations.
- Advanced people analytics or AI-driven workforce insights experience.
- Experience advising executives on critical skill gaps, high-potential pipelines, and organizational redesign.
