AR Automation Engineer (AI/Power Platform): Executing core accounts receivable functions while designing and implementing AI and Microsoft Power Platform automations for cash application, billing, and collections with an accent on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Focus on building Power Automate workflows, improving payment match rates, creating Power BI reporting models, and reducing manual exception handling.

What you will do
- Process and reconcile high-volume customer payments while reducing exceptions and improving auto-match rates.
- Design Power Automate workflows for remittance ingestion, payment posting, and exception handling.
- Support invoice generation and automate billing workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Manage accounts, develop automated collections outreach, and use AI insights to identify high-risk accounts.
- Build dashboards, reporting models, and standardized SOPs for A/R operations.
- Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, and other functions to deploy scalable automation and system integrations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Billing, or Collections.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, or HighRadius.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
- Exposure to automation, RPA, or process transformation.
- Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass.
- Familiarity with SOX and audit controls.
