TL;DR

What you will do
- Build and scale finance capabilities for budgeting, executive analytics, inventory processes, reporting, and operational tooling.
- Design, improve, and document processes, controls, and policies across procurement, inventory, forecasting, and order-to-cash.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Engineering, Operations, People, Legal, Talent, and go-to-market functions.
- Own finance systems and automation, including NetSuite integrations, AI tooling, Ramp workflows, and finance service desk operations.
- Support monthly business reviews, vendor reconciliations, and company-wide financial reporting and planning.
- Serve as a generalist and first point of contact for finance operations as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or another highly analytical operating role.
- Experience building new processes and systems from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn data into decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on documentation, process design, and clarity.
- Ability to work on-site in San Jose.
Nice to have
- Background in industrial engineering, operations, finance, or business.
- Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, spreadsheets, light analytics or BI, or manufacturing and hardware operations.
