Project Manager, Talent Services Delivery

What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedules, and work plans.
• Track billable and nonbillable costs to support accurate billing.
• Communicate project strategy, adjustments, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, quality, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and coach Project Coordinators and directly manage consultants.
• Provide feedback, support team cohesion, and help drive team performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related professional role.
• Strong attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to customer stakeholders and/or senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and meet deliverables.
• Experience tracking process or continuous improvement items.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate a team.
