What you will do
- Assist project managers with developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to project leads.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including files, contracts, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
