Location: Salt Lake City, UT, United States; full week in office required

What you will do

• Partner with senior Engineering leadership on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and organizational transformation.
• Manage cross-functional projects and programs covering career development, technical training, location strategy, organizational growth, and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop internal communications, presentations, reports, and program tracking materials for leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Support business planning, financial forecasting, resource management, headcount planning, and budget optimization.
• Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities, then design solutions that improve accuracy, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, regional events, and collaboration with Human Capital Management on talent and workforce strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic support, project management, or operations within a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, influencing, communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with business productivity and spreadsheet applications, including data analysis and presentation development.
• Ability to work in the office for the full week in Salt Lake City.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields include business, finance, communications, management, organizational development, human resources, public relations, marketing, and consulting.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Experience in financial services or technology.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AI tooling.
