Sr Project Manager

Location: On-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA; occasional local, national, and international travel may be required.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Build project plans, schedules, team assignments, budgets, and delivery structures.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Manage timelines, milestones, resources, expenses, quality standards, and profit margins.
• Control project scope through documented change-management processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement standardized project management methodologies.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business development, project management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive product or project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year in a direct or indirect leadership role and prior managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, presentation, budgeting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
